Hey Gang

I can so identify with Dan and . 's statement " My whole life has been

shadowed by depression-anxiety-weight " could have been written by me too. And I

too would bet this is a familiar pattern for a lot " of us " . I guess we all have

to 'JUST KEEP KEEPING ON' as the old saying goes. But it sure doesn't make it

any easier! I swear---you get as good of counseling/sensible remarks here at

our group than you do paying big bucks to the professionals! My OSSG posts are

the ONLY thing that I MUST read---tells me how important you all are to me.
