Swelling/Puffy Cheeks Up And Down At 5 Months Post-Op

Hello all,

I had lower adv and genio on 29th June this year and recently my

swelling had virtually gone and I was looking good. This week

however it is up again for no apparent reason. My cheeks look really

puffy. Has anyone else experienced such week to week/day to day

variations in swelling/puffiness at 5 months post-op with no

apparent cause? Is this normal? I know my OS said that I could

notice slight changes in my appearance for up to 6 months afterwards

but this puffiness is surely strange at 5 months for purely lower

adv?
