Phyllis,

For premixed, I drink either the EAS Carb Control (15 gms protein) or

the EAS Carb Sense (25 gms protein). For protein powder, I use

Unjury pure Whey Isolate from Unjury.com -- I can mix this is any

soft food. I guess I need to try and force myself to drink more

shakes and up the protein. I been trying to get 50 grams a day. I

can't figure out how to get enough fiber to fix the constipation

problem. Cathy
