me too nikki. I am at desk working far into night. It helps to get up , not

sit in same position for more than about 20 mins. Don't get constipated. This

I have a dorky chair I bought. Tried out about 50 at storre. This one is a

sec chair with no arms bec ones with higher arms caused me to hold my

shoulders up unaturally, causing all kinds of other probs. Make sure eat of

chair is shaped like your ips. You know, you dont have one surface really,

you have two.

Make sure monitor is proper distance awy from you so you are not leaning

toward it, and that if you need glasses to read monitor you get them, so you

are not leaning toward monitor just to freeking see what's on the glass.
