Guest guest
Hiya guys, gals, etc., The gym is a long term thing and it does take just a small bit of motivation and enthusiasm, but it's great to go to a place that you're happy with...comfortable to be there with a regular group or even set a schedule to meet on specific dates and time. ANYTHING to get you there.<G Once there, there's usually someone on staff (the one that wrote up the contract) to set you in the right direction based on what they look at and see what's needed. A couple of weeks of getting broken in....stiff and sore...4 to 6 weeks later you'll notice a difference. But after that, it's a habit that most folks don't want to break. I posted this site for those that are looking for some do it yourself muscle mapping and definition sets/reps: http://www.exrx.net/Exercise.html The site shows you the muscle groups and a variety of exercises for machines or straight weight.
