Hiya guys, gals, etc.,

The gym is a long term thing and it does take just a small bit of

motivation and enthusiasm, but it's great to go to a place that

you're happy with...comfortable to be there with a regular group or

even set a schedule to meet on specific dates and time. ANYTHING to

get you there.<G

Once there, there's usually someone on staff (the one that wrote up

the contract) to set you in the right direction based on what they

look at and see what's needed. A couple of weeks of getting broken

in....stiff and sore...4 to 6 weeks later you'll notice a

difference. But after that, it's a habit that most folks don't want

to break. I posted this site for those that are looking for some do

it yourself muscle mapping and definition sets/reps:

The site shows you the muscle groups and a variety of exercises for

machines or straight weight.
