Guest guest
Would that be in the ONE little ding dong? Or the package of 2 ding dongs? Oh My GOSH!!! Ding Dongs...Bah! Ok... I'm sitting here eating lunch and reading e-mail. I'm going through my grad e-mails for the past few days (I'm a little behind). I enter my food on FitDay about once a week or so to see how I'm doing. Did you know that Hostess Ding Dongs have 368 calories??????????????? Now...on the bright side...I can't eat a whole box...but I truly had *NO* idea that they have 368 calories!!!!!! ....And 45 carbs. *sigh* This is kind of an " aha " moment for me. I eat pretty mindlessly at times....they're so darned small, who'd have thought they packed such a wallop. 368 calories!!!!!!!!! That's like two mini meals for me....in one tiny piece of junk food. Arrrrgggghhhh!!!! I guess those will be my once-a-year-if-ever treat. =) Please, no flames for sharing my " aha " moment! LoL! I know what I should and shouldn't eat. My intention is not to encourage junk food. My intention is to highlight just how insidious those nasty little calories can be when you're not paying attention. =) On another note, when are you going into business for yourself, ? I LOVE to give business to " us " when I can, and I would particularly like my trainer to be one of us....one " in the know " ....who understands... =) Staci =) 408+/182/197 rebound/150(?) Guest guest
Hi Staci, As a matter of fact, I just received my Personal Trainer certification in January from ACE www.acefitness.org I suffered some burnout recently so I'm getting back on track and switching up my gym routines for a while. I'm having to do the " get back on the wagon " thing like everyone else does too heh... Thanks for asking, and if you are ever interested in training together, drop me a line! Oh and yeah, I've been in full denial of the caloric content of certain snack foods in the past as well, you are not alone!!! Heheheh http://www.eradain.com/apoplexy Oh My GOSH!!! Ding Dongs...Bah! Ok... On another note, when are you going into business for yourself, ?
