I just thought of something else. I know everyone's schedules are

different, but would it help everyone if we try to set times during

the day to try to do a shake? For example, 7 AM, 10, 1, 4, 7,

10PM...something like that? Then adjust according your own

schedule? Sometimes I find it easier if there's an actual program to

follow. Whaddayathink?
