Tara grrrl, you are rockin! Congratulations on your success!

Do you mean results for muscle growth.. or skin issues for your lower

bod?

I'm starting to do Pilates at home too. you might consider it instead/in

addition to a home gym. Pilates is awesome for strength and decent for

buffing up. You use your own body weight against your movements.

RE: Gym Rat- in put please?

The One thing i can say is im very proud of are my arms- They rock, from

day one i have spent alot of time on them Im not big and buff. But im

solid and well defined in my arms.

what i can expect as far as results for my legs and belly after all my

weight loss? Im really inspired by you all and im tossing the idea of

getting a cheap weight lifting system NOW instead of waiting till june-

Just gotta figure out how to get it to NJ.Im posting my link to my

pictures so i can get your best advice on what to expect.Thank-You In

advance!!!

Hey Tara,

Pilates is somewhat similar to Yoga but is more about core strength

moves...

You know, I think it's just another form of Yoga and someone gave it a

fancy name *grin*

Here's the system I bought... you can always cruise by Blockbuster and

see if they have any rentals too. I found that helpful when deciding

what the heck to try.

As far as skin tightening goes... there's really nothing exercise wise

that can be done about it.... I have been led to believe it's all about

heredity, genetics, ethnicity.. the whole shebang. Oh, and time.

My goal is to reshape my bod as much as possible with muscle and maybe

in the meantime fill in a little of my extra skin with new kinds of

curves :)

The better base you have the better your results with plastics! If you

have a nice tight frame for your doc to redrape your skin on... you are

much better off.

Good luck to you!
