Guest guest
hiya! i chose my goal weight of 135lbs because i had been that weight before and hadn't had to KILL myself to stay there but when i got pregnant with my last daughter, i gained up to 175 and never looked back (lol)...i was 268lbs when i had my rny in june 2001. my surgeon told me to be happy if i got down to 170, i told her that i didn't have my guts rearranged to " just get to 170 lbs " (mind you, i'm only 5' 1/4 " ) now i do have a large bone structure tho the surgeon general says i should weigh aroun 105 or some crap like that. i weigh betwen 120-125lbs right now with a body fat of about 25% (that i would like to lower), my blood pressure is normal, i don't take any meds anymore except hrt (hysterectomy years ago)... i wear size sm-med; pants are 4-9 depending on cut; boobs went from 44DD to 32B-Looooooong lol.... i facilitate a wls support group and i try to not focus so much on numbers but on our overall health... {{hugs}} kate -- In Graduate-OSSG , NewBodyNewMe@a... wrote: > Hi family, In choosing my goal weight I had to look at several issues.
