This is meant with kindness, but I know we are interested in numbers, but for

me, this is just for getting rid of cravings, grazing, fatigue. If I start

using numbers as a guide and then see someone with bigger numbers, watch out

ego and depression. I do hope we limit our posts to feelings and good health

reports.

I remember the days that I did this. My first weight watchers diet.

Sometimes I wonder if all humanity is basically insane and sanity is an

I have not been on the scale in at least six months! It has been so

powerful for me. I don't worry about the numbers. I do worry about that

fact that my pants are snug - not don't fit I have to buy new ones - but

tight. That is my signal to drop the carbs and do a little cleansing. I

will be reporting on that and the other things.fatigue, cravings, grazing -

but I will not get on the scale!

Fay, I so totally understand that. The first time I tried this everyone

was posting weight losses and measurements. They all weighed less then I

did and were loosing more. I finally gave up trying with this particular

group. I need to get rid of the carb monster in my house and out of my

mind. You should see the revisions to my grocery list.
