Sheesh. I'm sitting here wearing my most fave jeans and thinking I can

cheer, but doing a ton of protein is not new for me.

However, Bonnie & I are the same size. Now I'm scared. *I* don't want all

your guys' carb monsters to come to MY house when you chase 'em outta

yours,.

I may have to join you to protect myself!

You got it!! All for one, and one for all! I really want you all to have

success. Hopefully, this will be the start of something very good for you

all! It works for me..and I've always been a hard nut to crack in the

weight-loss arena! So GO people! Drink that protein till it comes out your

ears. For those who say it doesn't fill them up....I think they aren't

taking in enough. If I'm still hungry after a protein shake, and I'm having

a day or two of nothing but protein shakes and water and vites...I continue

to drink them until I AM filled up. Forget how much we can assimilate, etc.

It's a matter of the feelings of satiety. And who REALLY knows how much we

absorb? I have never been able to get more than two shakes down, back to

back, and then I'm full. But do whatever it takes. Consider them a " free

food. " You won't gain weight on them!
