Guest guest
You got it!! All for one, and one for all! I really want you all to have success. Hopefully, this will be the start of something very good for you all! It works for me..and I've always been a hard nut to crack in the weight-loss arena! So GO people! Drink that protein till it comes out your ears. For those who say it doesn't fill them up....I think they aren't taking in enough. If I'm still hungry after a protein shake, and I'm having a day or two of nothing but protein shakes and water and vites...I continue to drink them until I AM filled up. Forget how much we can assimilate, etc. It's a matter of the feelings of satiety. And who REALLY knows how much we absorb? I have never been able to get more than two shakes down, back to back, and then I'm full. But do whatever it takes. Consider them a " free food. " You won't gain weight on them! Regards~ Jacque Distal RNY, 5/30/00 Drs. Fox and Oh 310~126 Beginning BMI 50.0 Current BMI 20.3 > A cheering section is what all of this is about. Thanks guys. > > Fay
