Guest guest
Hi, thanks for the update. With regard to the incisions, are you applying anything there to make the scars fade away? Also, does your lip seem at the same height as before, meaning exposing the same amount of lower front teeth? Guest guest
I haven't been putting anything on the incision area since it is inside my mouth. I do a salt water rinse a couple times each day. I had no residual problems with the incision sites from my first jaw surgery/genioplasty. As for the lip, I'd say it's pretty much the same as before, maybe just slightly higher, allowing a little better closure in the relaxed state than before. Obviously, it's way too soon to know how everything will settle out, but I think it's doing quite well. > > > > I've promised to provide reports on the progress of my > > genioplasty surgery of Dec 1.
