I've been taken B12 dots (sublingual). Manufacturer is TwinLab. They

are great. I was taking 1 in the morning and 1 at night. After my

first labs - 3 months post-op, the surgeon told me that I had to

much B12 and that I should only take 1 a day. I've been doing that

and It has worked. Remember B12 dots (sublingual) just place one

small little pink pill under your tongue. It really works. And

energy ... forget about it... You wouldn't know what to do with so

much.... Good night. signing off now. I'm bit. got out of the house

at 7 am, went to work, got out picked up my grandson at the nursery

(day care) went to my doc. PCP. came back, drop grandson, fed the

cats, left the house for my second job and just got back. Will post

tomorrow.
