i'm in, too... i've gained back 18# in 7-8 months, now that i went back and

checked... i have an appt. with a surgeon next week to see about fixing a

hiatal hernia and maybe a little 'ol revision as well...

That kind of goal is a setup for failure, please try one day and 1 pound at a

time. Just for today I will eat no carbs.
