Guest guest
Hi Jo~ I have yet to see anyone get enough protein shakes to cause weight gain. Most of " US " have protein deficiencies...and the more the better. If you have a different experience, and are 'only' doing the protein shakes and vitamins, please, document it, and let me know. You will be a first that I am aware of. Just avoid using milk or juice in it....mix it with water and ice and possibly SF syrups....and IMO, they are free! Regards~ Jacque Distal RNY, 5/30/00 Drs. Guest guest
Good Morning Jo, I see you've been busy. So, ummm, ya want to help me with my garden? Guest guest
Wow, I'm impressed, now you can come and do some yardwork at my house. I'm too timid to go out of doors when it is under 60 degrees...LOL! So, it's gonna have to wait until it is a bit warmer for me to go venturing out. All my neighbor's yards look wonderful...mine looks like it is suffering from a long winter! It'd better warm up soon, or my neighbors are going to lynch me for messing up the look of the neighborhood! You GO on that protein. Sounds like a wonderful start! Guest guest
Jacque, Come on down here. I'm not real sure what the actual temperature is in Oklahoma. I'm about an hours drive south of the OK border and our low is about 55 to 60. Our highs are 75 to 80. You'd love it. Lori Owen - Denton, Texas CHF 4/14/01 479 lbs. SRVG 7/16/01 401 lbs. Guest guest
Yeah, Lori, but I LOVE it HERE! Late spring and summertime are worth the colder wetter months. Amazing to think of ANYWHERE in TX under 100 degrees in the summer. Although, I'd welcome a couple of those days just to thaw out before I'd begin to complain that I can't do my yardwork because it's too hot out..LOL! That doesn't happen here either!
