Help!!!

I had my surgerry 11/27/01 and I have lost 145#. Yes, that is

wonderful, but now I feel like the church " backslider " . I am

cheating some, and I'm terrified of regaining my weight, but for

some reason, I can't get my motivation headed in the right direction

again. So, when I eat things I should not, I force myself to throw

them back up. I know this is not healthy or logical. I need some

ideas and support. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!! I

would like some ideas on some portable snacks...so I will run from

the chips and fries. (I still do not touch the " white stuff " ----

sugar-----) But I do have a problem with bread cravings. Help me
