Thanks for the explanation Barbara.....I did need it....of course once you

explained it, it seemed obvious!! I think I would still be scared to death

to take either one of them.......but maybe some day!! Thanks again,

The ones shaped like a CAPsule, but are tabLETS are CAP-LETS.

Gel caps are gelatin capsules. usually the two part thingies with powder

inside.

Softgels are those egg looking ones with liquid inside. Kinda squishy to the

tough?

Those are technical descriptions, you'll note. The kind I understand. Does

that help?

I take gel cap tylenols all the time. Didnt take anything for the first

year or so. But six years out, even 2 years out I take tylenol when I need

it. The gel caps slide down much easier than the plain one that do stick???
