Hi family,I had a chance to look at some pictures taken of me as I was

losing weight...I look so different now. I have been asked more than once if

I have had a face lift...I still have 20 lbs to go but I have lost my 80% and

if I don't lose anymore I am content with the results.

People are still telling me I have lost more weight since the last time they

saw me..I haven't lost anymore but I think my body is shifting around.

I had been reading our new posties joy at losing some of their

weight....and I would tell them to take lots and lots of pictures...I have an

album of me shrinking...I also saved a few outfits that I put on every month

for front, side and back pics, and to remind myself of how far I have come

and it helps keep me on track.

What a beautiful day it is..I woke up and didn't hurt......
