Couldn't help it this morning, I just had to weigh myself. Lost 3 lbs.

Well, we all know that was probably water but I don't care, it is a good

start and makes me feel good.

The rest of the day went well. Had 3 protein shakes and water, water,

water. But I was hungry when I got home from work and ate 4 soy crisps with

some homemade salsa. I don't think that was too bad but I wish I hadn't,

just the same. :(

Onward. Tomorrow is just around the corner and I have already decided

that if I MUST eat anything, it will be a nice piece of broiled steak. We

shall see.
