Friends, I now have another mission. Growing up my mother taught me that

everything was my fault. A minor for instance was that when there was bad

weather it was because I was a bad girl. I was fat because I was lazy and

had no will power. Etc. Etc.

I have been in trouble since I started my new job. I believe that one reason

is that when someone comes to my boss he assumes it is my fault and

apologizes for me. I wonder what would happened if he supported me.

Fay is not very good with words, but she is a good worker and I am sure she

was just offering help not telling you that you can't do your job.

Fay must have been trying to follow my directions and not trying to cause you

difficulties. etc.

Now for me following my own advice. I try to remember to support all posters

and not throw around blame. I try to remember that we morbidly obese have

had enough blame to last a lifetime, now it is time for kudos.

Fay, I think you did wonderful on your protein days. I am a firm

believer in what ever works. I know this works for a lot of people. I

have tried it once and thought I would pull my hair out. Not sure if I

can do it more then a day. Congratulations.
