Hey! Good morning!

I did it, too!

All liquids on Day 1.

Added a sm. piece of celebratory cake on Day 2. ( I am too human!)

Day 3 I added 1/2 can tuna and a sm. piece of baked cod.

I can zip my jeanns without a pair of pliers! woohoo. I weigh-in on

Friday.

I am not craving carbs and I am in a happy place!

I can leave the carbs alone.

However, I feel so good to know if the monster

raises his ugly head again,I can shake him off.

Yeah for all of us who feel better about ourselves today!

Thanks Jo....and your right.........I feel soooo incredible good and

empowered it is unbelievable. Monday night the hubby expressed that he was

" leaving, couldn't do it anymore " .....of course my world instantly came to

a crashing halt!! My first thought was " oh my.......I NEED a chocolate

covered pretzel! " And that there was no way I could continue with the

fast!! But then the second thought was...... " NO, you are not going to

compound this " I am happy to report that I did make it the 3 days and I

truly believe that it helped me keep my wits about me during the darkest 3

days of my life! Hubby is staying put......has even agreed to " maybe " try

some counseling.......we shall see.......I think it is one of those " people

won't change until the pain of remaining the same outweighs the pain of

change " things......... P.
