Guest guest
Addicted to food? As in, the same way I'm addicted to air & water? Or as in food is a bad thing? Unless you've got friends with IV's, we're kinda stuck with using food. Thanks, Vitalady, Inc. In all that time I was never able to convince the staff or the addicts that food is also an addiction, but you can't go cold turkey. You can't avoid places where food addicts hang out. But the good part is that you don't get arrested for selling Ring Dings and you can eat and drive. She said she had never found anything that worked for her to keep the weight off once she lost it, which she'd done many times over and always ended up heavier than before. I don't think there are many of us who disagree that diet and exercise are necessary to lose weight. The bugaboo that gets us all in the end is keeping it off. Guest guest
Dear Carol, I am in total agreement with you. I , however, didnt see this episode of 20/20 but for the most part , any time I have viewed a talk show, or something on obesity, it always seems that the editor overlooks the most important issue.. our ability to diet and lose weight unsuccessfully.. they do seem to look for the most bizarre cases to showcase also.
