rubber bands

Im having lower jaw surgery later this year. i was told

i would have 2 rubberbands to hold jaw in place. With just

lower

jaw surgery is this normal or do they wire or band shut.

Does anyone know what the norm is on this thanks

I am 2 weeks post op today from lower jaw surgery. I have had 2 rubberbands

on each side since surgery. They seem to be doing there job just fine.

I am 2 weeks post op today from lower jaw surgery. I have had 2 rubberbands

on each side since surgery. They seem to be doing there job just fine.
