Guest guest
I can identify with all that is being said about this subject...I had my surgery in Nov 2000 and have lost 100 pounds...I feel terrific but the struggles have been huge!!...My husband never had a weight problem and when I started to " change " after the surgery he started to make his own changes as well...I am alot more open than I was before, I say what is on my mind and try to handle his verbal mistreatments to the best of my ability...I have gone through 4 years of therapy and know that I have all the tools I need to make a decision as to whether or not I want to stay in this relationship however it still is not that easy...My current decision is to not make any rash decisions and celebrate who I am regardless of what my husband thinks...I am a good person, faithful and I must trust myself to deal with this in my own time...
