Guest guest
I do pilates 3x a week. When I don't make it to the health club I use the Windsor Pilates tape. Mauri Windsor is a certified pilates teacher used by most of the Hollywood crowd and has been the personal trainer for many of the models. Whichever tapes you purchase you must make sure the teacher has been certified in the official ph Pilate method. The Windsor tapes come in a 3 pack starting from beginners to advanced and I still have trouble getting into all of the advanced positions so it is a very challenging tape. I highly recommend them. Pilates did wonders in giving me very tight abs and I need need no " tummy tuck " because of my adherence to Pilates training. If any of you have seen my picture in the Photo section under Carol G you have seen that I don't carry extra weight or skin around my mid-section. I give much of the credit to Pilates (and a bit of discipline Much love, Carol G -157 goal > I've been doing some yoga/pilates at the Y, but I want to start a program > here at home for the days in between that I don't go. > > I was thinking of ordering the Winsor videos and was wondering if anyone has > them and what you think of them. Guest guest
Hey Carol, I recently bought the Winsor set and I love them. I get a little sick of the instructor talking about your " core powerhouse " but considering I've never done Pilates, I think they are great. http://www.eradain.com/apoplexy Pilates videos I've been doing some yoga/pilates at the Y, but I want to start a program here at home for the days in between that I don't go. I was thinking of ordering the Winsor videos and was wondering if anyone has them and what you think of them. Or, is there another set that you think is better?
