I got a lot of email asking about the ice cream maker that I use for protein

shakes. I looked on the box and it says Baskin Robbins Ice Cream Maker in

big letters and on the side there's the " Wham-O " logo. It's a kid's toy,

like the Easy Bake Oven, but it actually works and makes great ice cream.

You just fill the barrel with ice & salt, pour the protein shake in, hand

crank it for 5 minutes (count it as exercise :) and eat up!
