Guest guest
i love this idea!! In fact, its something i practice will regularity, though i did not have such an inspired word for it. I know for me, and i think for most of us, we did not get to be morbidly obese eating veggies, and chicken. i recently did a complete bread, rice, and pasta removal from my house, its not even allowed through the door, never mind sugar, that i dont even allow on my street! good luck on your crap fast, and of course remaining out of jail. cathi

Guest guest
> CREAM OF RYE. You are kidding. That sounds WAY too > healthy. I found it by accident -- I went to buy bread for the family at one of those bread thrift stores (day-old bread), and they had these hot cereals made by the same people who make Roman Meal bread. I thought the Cream of Rye sounded interesting, and figured if I really didn't like it, I could add it to a bread in the bread machine sometime. It wasn't bad-- I like chewy hot cereal (I make old fashioned oats or Irish oatmeal instead of instant or quick), and this had that nice chewy-ness. I think instant oatmeal is vile -- so paste-y. Yuck. I try to have a fiber-rich hot cereal at least 3-4 times a week. Yeah, there are the carbs, but they're more complex if they're not processed to death, and they give me the fiber to offset the constipating effects of SciFit and meat and cheese. ~~ Lyn G
