Guest guest
Thanks to this group I learned how important B12 was. I never took it seriously, and plain never took it for the first 18 months post- op. Then I started complaining about all these weird symptoms like shaking, sweating...thought I was going into menopause. Someone on this board forwarded an article about B12 deficiecy and I had every single one of the symptoms. Since then I have been taking B12 injections (fat has no feeling! I can't even feel anything when I inject it into my thigh) and the symptoms have all disappeared. Now I am a convert and will never again go without it.
