I don't think the zetacaps are so food won't be absorbed. I believe what it

says it that it fills up your stomach so that you feel too full to eat much

at all. Sorta like having a pouch that feels full -- without having to go

thru surgery to get it. Not saying it's a good idea, just that I think you

may have the wrong notion about what it supposedly does.
