I also try to walk a minimum of a mile a day and get some water aerobics in a few times a week . 15. Which of these adjuncts do you use? (hypnosis, prayer, affirmations, journal keeping, therapy, OA, meddies, etc.) I do journaling.. helps keep me focused, and I strongly believe in the power of prayers. 16.
