I found this carb chart at <A

HREF= " http://www.meals.com/Articles/Carbohydrates.aspx " >Meals.com</A>

Daily Carbohydrate Budget

To figure out how much carbohydrate you should eat, multiply your total

calorie needs for the day by .55 (the average of 50%-60%). That gives you the

number of carbohydrate calories you should eat. Divide those calories by 4 (1

gram carbohydrate = 4 calories) to determine how many grams of carbohydrate

you need for the day. For example, 2,000 calories per day x .55 = 1,100

carbohydrate calories ÷ 4 = 275 grams of carbohydrate..

Calories Daily Carbohydrate Grams

1,200 165

1,500 206

1,800 248

2,000 275

2,400 330

3,000 413

I suspect this works really well for normies on a low-fat diet, but for me,

if I eat over 100 grams of carbs a day, I just keep on gaining.

It does to me. But I know a few people in my surgeon's group who stick to

about 20-30g a day. Heck, if I do my 4 protein shakes a day, I'm getting 24g

right there!
