Guest guest
I don't really buy the cottage cheese test for someone very far out from surgery. We all know you can continue eating past full and cottage cheese would get squeezed right out of the stomach. I know I still have a " relatively " small pouch when I eat steak or chicken. in Austin RNY April 1998 Cottage Cheese Test? > Have any of you tried this test? I have heard that you can use cottage cheese to test the size of your pouch. How do you do it ? What are the rules to doing it properly? Im just curious to how big my pouch has gotten sence surgery. Also is there any other test out there ?Tara >
