Guest guest
Actual studies that have found calcium citrate to be more absorbable are Levinson, D et al, A Review of Calcium Preparations, Nutrition Review, Vol 52, No 7, 1994, pp 221-232; Heaney, R, et al, Influence of Calcium Load on Absorption Fraction, Journal of Bone and Mineral Research, Vol. 5, No 11, 1990, pp 1135-1138; and Heller, et al, Pharmacokinetics of Calcium Absorption from Two Commercial Calcium Supplements. Journal of Clinical Pharmacology. Vol. 39, 1999; pp 1-4. Guest guest
Thank you to all that answered on that one. That is good information. The other things are still in question, as far as I can tell, unless there is information in the posts that I have yet to get to read. Thank you so much for all of your thoughtful, helpful responses. God bless, Joe <><
