I just focus on eating my protein first when I eat. It's simple and seems to work for me. I can eat just about anything I want, but have to watch myself with dumping on sweets and too many carbs at one time. I didn't really start exercising till I was about 1 year post-op. I alternate 5 days p/week with weight training one day, and walking the next. >15. Which of these adjuncts do you use? (hypnosis, prayer, affirmations, > journal keeping, therapy, OA, meddies, etc.) I start my day with 30 minutes of prayer, meditation, and journaling. Not consistent, but try to stay up with it when I can. >16. What is your daily vitamin and mineral supplementation? I take 1 Fibercon first thing each morning. Then I take 2 multi-vit, 2 Citracal, and 1 B-1 each day, spread out throughout the day. Occasionally I take an Axid before a meal.
