Not eating too much or too fast, and learning to live with the excess skin.

I don't do shakes, count calories or grams of anything. I just focus on

eating my protein first when I eat. It's simple and seems to work for

me. I can eat just about anything I want, but have to watch myself with

dumping on sweets and too many carbs at one time. I didn't really start

exercising till I was about 1 year post-op. I alternate 5 days p/week with

weight training one day, and walking the next.

>15. Which of these adjuncts do you use? (hypnosis, prayer, affirmations,

> journal keeping, therapy, OA, meddies, etc.)

I start my day with 30 minutes of prayer, meditation, and journaling. Not

consistent, but try to stay up with it when I can.

>16. What is your daily vitamin and mineral supplementation?

I take 1 Fibercon first thing each morning. Then I take 2 multi-vit, 2

Citracal, and 1 B-1 each day, spread out throughout the day. Occasionally

I take an Axid before a meal.
