Guest guest
QUESTION: Got your attention? Good. LOL I have a question. Since we've all changed our body, I'd think of all of us as bodybuilders, per se. But my question is, has anyone started bodybuilding after WLS? I mean bodybuilding in the true sense of the word. I've started working out, increased my weight in the form of lean muscle mass, dropped my fat level and increased muscle quiet easily. I think it's the protein. Now on to more of my question. If any of you have began bodybuilding, do you supplement with other things besides protein? Can we, (meaning mainly me, 165 cm bypassed) absorb and use creatine? Glucosamine? PO B6? PO B12? At first I was just interested in toning up, I saw how easy that was, saw how much fun it was, the looks and attention I got, the comments on my body and I knew I had to get bigger, more cut, more defined. It's amazing that guy's at the gym comment on my body, how they wish they had a body like mine, how great I look. The entire time I'm in the gym I still feel like an imposter, like everyone's lookin' at me thinking " What's that fat ass doin' here? " It's still hard to get those thoughts outta my head, but I'm working on that. Now I'm afraid it's becoming an obsession...LOL....
