Guest guest
Clean and Clear probably isn't strong enough. Products I have used that have helped with Acne were Aveno acne bar (I found in the bar soap section of the face wash isle at the grocery store) Noxzema pads, L'oreal skin regenist(sp?) system---this is expensive---there is a clean and clear advantage daily acne clearning lotion that I have also really liked. Clean and Clear cleansers tend to be on the very cheap side--price and quality wise so its not really good for people with more then your occasinal pimple. But everyones skin reacts differntly. You could also be allergic to a main ingredient in clean and clear. See if what you are using contains syllic acid or benzol peroxide. I am allerigc to Benzol Peroxide so using things that have a high dosage of BP in it like the Proactive system made my skin much worse. But Syllic Acid works really well. It has been barley a month since the surgery and acne can take a while to clear up. If you are dehyrdated that would certainly contribute to the problem. An easy way to see if you're dehydrated is check the color of your urine--if it is dark yellow then drink more water untill it is light yellow-clear. I dehydrate quickly and easily but it is something you can fix in a days time! > > hey > i had my surgery on oct 4th 2004 and I STILL have mad skin. I havnt > had this since my teenage years. Guest guest
If you are dehydrated, that's not a good thing, for a lot of reasons. Do keep on trying to get the fluids in there. Some people have had good results from a variety of facial masques, which would sound to me as though it's more a matter of too much oil than not enough water. But what do I know? You might consider seeing a dermatologist, or calling the office if you have one. I'm sure there are some specialized measures than can help.
