Hi ,

I have run into that same problem. The roots on my front 4 teeth are

very short (I believe the term they used was Root Burn) and I was

told I also have the possiblitiy of losing them. They sure do make

eating hard, since they are so loose they hurt to bite into

anything. I just had surgery on Oct 22nd and my front 4 teeth are

still there.. painful, but there nonetheless. My plan is to keep

them as long as possible, and then have them replaced hopefully

after I recover from this other surgery. I know that doesn't help

much.. but i wish you the best of luck with your decision!
