I'll try to increase cardio to try and burn off those pounds that just don't want to go away. The creatine did help with my workouts as far as getting off of sticking points and being able to lift more weight. I do agree with jillians64 post that it does make you hold water. I tend to smooth out after a loading phase so will cycle off it every 4 or 5 months for a couple of weeks. I think I found out what was causing my extra flushing, besides the workout itself, is the herb yohimbe. The advetised benifits were there but so were much the same bad side effects as the ECA.
