Being menopausal I get the strangest cravings. Do I crave

chocolate? NOOOO. Do I crave black olives? NOOOO. Is it for

lobster? Noooo. I just HAVE to have bean soup today!! (no comments

from the peanut gallery lol)

I just made some with beans, ham chunks, onion, carrots,

celery..lots of salt and fresh ground pepper and bay leaf. I might

kill before it's done 5 hours later in the crock pot. But...I know

it's not the best carb wise.

Just what does Atkins say about complex carbs and daily allotment?

I mean...how bad could this be (if I don't graze on the entire pot

today.)
