Hi all,

Over the past week I've strayed a little from the " soft " 6wk diet.

I've had refried beans (mashed well) 1/2 cup... scrambled egg with

some melted cheddar cheese (1 egg and 2 table spoons of shredded

cheese). I'm still maintaining my protien shakes and cottage cheese

with small chunked fruit. Lots of water. I've also tried about a

half-cup of home made chili with beans and little hamburger. All of

which is staying down thankfully. I'm stretching these meals over

45min to an hour. Just need to know some of your opinions. Am I way

off base here. I know when I'm full. I keep all portions to one-half

cup and stretch them out over time. The last thing I want to do is

ruin my pouch.

Thanks,

Ray
