Guest guest
We hear so much about " reaching " or " not reaching " goal, and it seems that goals differ greatly between people. I thought it would be interesting to know how and why we chose our " goal " . Was it a weight? A size? Getting to a normal BMI? Getting to the middle of the normal BMI range? If it's a weight or size, it would be interesting to know heights. Did you reach your goal? Did it change as you lost weight? My original goal was to weigh what I did for that ten minutes that I got thin in high school (139 pounds) but I eventually changed it to a size 10 (at 5'6.5 " ). I did reach that (size 8/10 at 155 pounds)... although I still feel fat of course
