Thank you. I don't know if I can go through with this. I am starting to

weaken in my resolve. I wanted to get shoes today for my new outfit, but I

don't have the energy.

I hope I am not scaring every away from doing this. But I had gotten used to

having some energy.

Don't give up NOW Fay...you are more than likely through the worst of

it....hang in there for a bit longer, and pretend you have a bug....take it

easy, you definitely WILL have the energy boost soon. Don't worry about not

feeling like doing what you want to do. THIS TOO SHALL PASS! Hang in

there....it will work!

Fay, maybe if you had a piece of fruit or something, a good

carb...maybe a banana? I wouldn't consider this cheating, just

something to ease the withdrawal, if that is indeed what it is.

I think we need to learn the " art of the possible. " For some, detox will mean

no carbs at all. For some, it will mean no sugar. For others, it will be the

Atkins 20ish grams of carbs a day.

I'll be having my coffee with ProCel and a bit of nsa hot choc mix in the

morning. There are a few carbs in that but it makes everything a little bit

easier for me. I'll get my water in, exercise, and do protein shakes every 3

hours or so. I went out yesterday and bought some Sci-Fit for a " to-go "

protein as it shakes up pretty easily. I got some lemon bars (EAS carb

control) also. I've briefed everyone in the house about what to expect.

I'm pretty excited about it, actually.

Is Pro Cel the stuff that's okay to mix with hot liquids? I think I

read about this on the protein list, but had to de-list due to the

amazing amount of email flying into my mailbox...
