Guest guest
So, do you think this might help me kick my coffee addiction? Never even liked the smell much less taste of the stuff until 6 mos ago, now I'm like a coffee-junkie, hot coffee, frozen coffee, luke warm coffee....man, I got it bad, as they say. Also, what is the game plan? Just protein shakes and water for 3 days, or a protein-only shakes/bars/food? I think for me probably just the shakes will work best, but wonder if we need to slip in a few meats etc? So, I'll check back in with you guys around midnight, again, good luck everybody. Guest guest
Me, too...just shakes and water. But, I will have my 2 cups of coffee in the morning, black, maybe a little Splenda. I don't want to deal with caffeine withdrawal as well as carb/sugar withdrawal. One thing at a time for me. I also will have an absolute minimum of 5 shakes throughout the day, but if I feel the need to wander aimlessly into the kitchen, it will be to make another shake. Like Jacque said, even if I have back-to-back shakes, that's ok, until I'm satisfied. Good luck everyone! in NJ ********************* > Melody-For me im going to try Protein shakes, but i got protein bars as back up. I have a reall bad sweet tooth and doughnut type carb monter that lives with me and i think if i can pull this off it will get me back on trackTara >
