Guest guest
Adding to the list... my rule has been anything that I can swallow without chewing (but maybe with a little mooshing about): mac & cheese (Kraft Easy Mac packs are great); rice dishes; Taco Bell pintos-n-cheese (mixed with a side of their rice); Qdoba naked shredded beef burrito (without beans [to be safe]); potato & cheese casserole (mashed with fork); broiled fish (had some lovely maple-cured salmon the other day); hommus, tabbouleh, and baba ganouj; ground turkey or beef (cooked " loose " ); pasta salads (small pasta); crab (real crab, the Krab is too tough yet) Hope this helps. (I've made myself hungry...) > > > > Ok So i went to the OS today, I am 12 days Post-op and have of > course > > been told to continue with " soft foods " for the next 4 weeks.
