I just thought of an idea. I will shop for these noodles, but meanwhile I

wonder if it would be good using spaghetti squash with the cheese? Hey,

maybe I sort-of like to cook after all. LOL

Macaroni & Cheese - No kidding.... this time find and use the high

protein low carb noodles and mix with your favorite cheese sauce (don't

use velveta).

How does your pouch handle the noodles and what kind of sauce do you use.

This actually sounds kinda good.

Spagetti squash is good with a bit of butter and pepper/salt. Cheese is

good too. I love cheese on zuccini especially.
