Guest guest
I can't open wide enough for my ortho to get in and look. I think I need x-rays and my ear checked. I'm sure the ear pain is from the swelling in the joint causing pressure. I am sitting at my desk at work considering leaving at noon beacause the ibuprofen doesn't cut it and I don't want to make a habit of taking pain pills at work, so I may have to take half a day off so I can go home and get some relief. I have tried heat it does help, but sometimes Ice works as well. I think the heat helps the pain and the ice helps the swelling. I'm still swollen on that side, the other side is almost back to normal.
