Guest guest
Marsha, With me heat worked better than cold with joint pains but I guess that can vary from person to person. I have had no joint pains for the last few weeks, but I notice that I am susceptible (sp?) to cold (with me it gives me joint pain). luckily i live in aruba so not much cold around here (except the airconditioning). Definately stay at it and demand answers because it's not right that you're not getting enough sleep because of the pain. It makes me angry to read that according to them there's nothing wrong but in the mean time you're in pain! Did you already see your ortho, what does he think? Hang in there...
