what you are describing to me is dumping there are several types of

dumping !

Eat slow take your time ,I have felt this exact way at times. If I have

overeaten or eaten something that does not agree with me I sometimes will

have to stop and rest 10 minutes it is are bodys way of saying pay

attention. Take it slow my friend keep the sugar to small amounts at a time

I for one do not avoid sugar 100% - what ever works !
