Hi Sorry im not sure of your name.

Are you in the states or the UK? My surgeon is called 'Mr Starr' and

my Orthodontist 'Mr Coope'. I had my treatment in the East

Yorkshire area. Feel free to ask any questions about my

surgery/situation as its similar to yours, if i can be of any help i

will.
