Thanks for all the great protein ideas, I have a list of different

fish to try, steelhead trout, basa, etc. One question for Judy and

you are warned that I am a COMPLETE non cook. How do you poach

seafood?? Sorry, that may sound dumb but all I know how to poach

are eggs in boiling water.

Thanks also for the info on vitamins, etc. I have heard that most

of the glued vitamins have terrible dissolution rates (how well they

dissolve once down the hatch) and I tend not to buy them because of

that. The capsules with powder in them are the only kind I try and

buy. This brings me to one more question, is there a good time to

take the antacid we are supposed to take daily (but sometimes

don't...) Does it interfere with any other item's absorption?
